Chevron

For this look, I decided to go for the classic denim and black combo. I really love this type of skirts and Pink Manila amped up the style by having it in leather. This cute chevron print mini bag served as the perfect accent. I love how you can pair it with almost anything and it is big enough to fit the essential kikay things! :)

What I wore
For Me Tank Top
Foxytrends Chevron Mini Bag c/o Danica
Zara heels c/o Pravia Sole

Perfect Summer Shorts

Hi guys! Did you miss me? Finally, a new post and hopefully and I can keep this up. :)

One of the tricks I apply when it comes to baring skin is trying to balance the look. Yesterday I chose a loose sheer top to match my new favorite summer shorts. When I saw this pair at Forever 21 I knew I just have to have it -- (the brilliant justification of every girl who has run amok while shopping). I love how I can pair them with a tank top at the beach, a simple tee and sneakers during casual days, and a fancier top for the office like this.

The lace edges spell L-O-V-E <3

What I wore
Forever 21 Top and Shorts
Sugarfree Heels
SM Accessories Hat and Accessories

Have a nice day everyone!

Fly Sunnies

It is a very happy Monday morning! I received a really great news this morning and I am so ecstatic *happy dance*. Can you tell that how excited I am? Lemme tell you more about it in the upcoming blog post. :D

Anyway, let me tell you about this outfit for now. I used to hate rompers before, to the point that I never even tried one. One boring afternoon as I am scouring the mall, I saw this one is a cute polka print, tried it on and never looked back! Just throw on a denim jacket, chic sandals and voila - an easy summer outfit.

What I wore
Fly Shades Hannah Sunnies
Cotton On Romper
Denim Jacket
Primadonna Sandals

P.S. Don't even get me started on my new fave artista/bangaw perfect sunnies. I absolutely love them! Get your own at the nearest Fly Shade branch before stocks run out. *wink*

Have a nice day!

Stay This Way

Every now and then, I daydream that we have four seasons here in the Philippines. When I traveled to Europe two years ago, I had the chance to layer clothes like silly, wear all the boots, pretty beanies and scarves without having anyone raising their eyebrows, if I were here in Manila. Vanity aside, it would be so nice to see all the flowers that would bloom in spring, the foliage in autumn, the first snow at the onset of winter.. aahh a girl can dream. Well, I guess we all long for the things that we are not accustomed too, just like how my Polish and German friends would go crazy to live in a tropical country like ours, spending their days on our finest beaches, while eating all the mangoes and coconuts they could find. We would definitely trade places if we can!

Having said that, I always grab the chance to wear "winter-y" clothes whenever the temperature here in Manila drops to even a few Celsius. The start of this year is relatively cool, so last February, I chose to wear this outfit as I deemed it appropriate enough for the weather. I did not roam around wearing the hat definitely but I still managed to raise many eyebrows, not that I care though. *wink*

This is a jumpshot. No, I do not have a square butt.

What I Wore:
Lace Top
Pleated Skirt
Mango Military Jacket (similar here but not really)

Dream of winter with me? :)
Have a great Monday guys!

Keep Pushing

Here is a teaser of a shoot we did a few days ago. The slightly cool weather allowed me to wear this ensemble, my favorite of which would be these cute polka dot stockings I found just recently (after many months of searching). I will be posting the full outfit details once I got the photos from one of my photographer friends who just went to India. *wink*

Keeping a blog is not as easy as I thought it would be but I'm getting the hang of it. I just need to keep pushing. You should too.

The Little White Dress

Nowadays, I find myself purchasing a lot of clothes in neutral colors. I went through a phase when I thought that a simple white or black outfit was boring. Time has changed (and I hope improved) my taste in choosing a palette for my looks.

What I Wore:

This is my "February 14" outfit. Kept it simple with a simple white dress and then added a punch of pink. Hope you like it as much as I did. :)

Photos were taken by one of my cosplay photographer friends, Imel Balino. You can check out his work here and here. Please forgive my extremely poor editing skills teehee.

NOTE TO SELF: Buy a copy of  Posing 101.
Have a nice day guys!

Let's Get Started

Hi guys! My name is Camiller and welcome to my blog. Join me in my adventures as I travel the world, eat good food, explore fashion and show proof that a woman can never have enough clothes and shoes. *wink*

Drop that chocolate and nobody gets hurt.

Unto my first outfit post..

I consider myself lucky because at work, we don't have a strict dress code. We can put on whatever we feel like wearing as long as we look decent and presentable of course. This allows me to wear shorts and skirts and everything shmancy. Yay!

The peplum trend made a comeback around two years ago and slowly, I got hooked. Methinks it helps in making it appear that I have more curves than I really do and I can eat as many as I want (which is always the case) and the bulge won't show. Tell me, what's not to love? Here, I paired it with my favorite off-white shorts and voila, a simple yet flattering look.

What to eat for dinner, and tomorrow's breakfast, and tomorrow's lunch...

What I Wore:

Many thanks again to one of my cool photographer friends, OJ Tizon. You can check out his work here.
P.S. This is not a Valentines dedicated post.
